The person who answers the phone deserves a medal for being the most disrespectful sub-human to ever man a phone... over 12 minutes in the phone on hold and I call back to ask to make an appointment and instantly put on hold every time... coupled with almost 2 weeks later appointment leading to a supposed dentist telling me that I didn't know how to floss right maybe for an answer to loose fillings?.? I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the quality of dental treatment and the organization of patient appointments at your clinic. Each time I visited your clinic, I had to wait between 40 and 60 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. I informed the receptionist that I was waiting and that I had other obligations. I was told that everything was fine and that there was no need to wait for anyone else, yet in reality I still had to wait more than 30 minutes. If you're planning a dental cleaning, don't waste your time and money. They do it with dental floss!!! Seriously, for $180?! Then the dentist scrapes away the tartar with a metal scraper. The entire process takes about 20 minutes, and the remaining 40 minutes are spent simply waiting in the chair for the dentist to attend to you.
Great receptionists and dental assistants. Dr. Almajan was in such a hurry. She doesn't care about the pain your in, or trying to comfort you. I understand most people who visit this place are on government insurance, but that doesn't mean you deserve pain, and suffering to get your teeth problems addressed. I'd advise people to go anywhere else, no way they could possibly be worse than her.
