The receptionists have no problems talking about clients negatively regardless of being heard. They fluctuate between English and Ukrainian (?) when they do. I am not returning here.
The worst dentist office ever. I would give negative starts if possible. Absolutely horrible. Stay away.
Would not recommend!!!! This doctor is so rude and has no compassion whatsoever.. I initially went in for a root canal and some filling. But for some reason they never mentioned in my previous appointments that the root canal won’t be covered by my insurance and so I went ahead with just the filling. I had told the assistant that my lips were kind of sore and tight so I wasn’t sure how wide I would be able to open them,the doctor then asks me to apply more of my chap stick and I did. Was told I had a deep cavity, was advised I might have pain that feels sharp and painful but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Dentist got me scheduled to drill it out. I felt super unsure of this and got a second opinion. Turns out I don’t have a cavity…? Also was told my insurance would not cover a medically needed occlusion splint (nightguard) but my insurance actually will… so I would not recommended going to this place and the dentist is not even trying to do her job right
