I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AdvantageCare Physicians in Forest Hills with **Dr. Harsha Kothiya, MD**. Out of three scheduled appointments, two were canceled the morning of, after I had already taken time off from work. At my most recent visit, I arrived on time for a 4:00 PM appointment, but my check-in was delayed due to the office’s technical difficulties. Poor response from care team concerning my request to communicate Dr. Alerte at the Rochdale Center, Jamaica NY. Someone at the Rochdale Center rudely hung up from my call. Dr. Alerte has been my primary physician for 30+ years. He is wonderful but staff at the Rochdale Center can be abrupt. I would not want to change offices, but rudeness will not be tolerated.

My husband attends the clinic at 101 Pennsylvania ave. He is in need of his medicine and waiting for doctors approval, so medicine can be release to him. we called many times for over 1 week, every time we call they promise a call back within 24-48 hours and they never call back and if we want an appointments there is no appointments until next year. I visited my Primary Doctor, Dr. Sheelawanti last Nov. 25, 2020. I really had a bad experienced with this doctor because she pulled out my mask from my face without my permission because she said she can't understand what I was talking about when I discussed to her my medical issues. She was not wearing her mask properly, putting it below her mouth. Before I left her room , she was coughing and I'm afraid that I might get infected on that day I was with her. I will have myself be tested because of this uncertainty.
