The reviews re the office staff are 100% Good Luck getting past the rude incompetent and extremely unprofessional front desk scheduling people. I gave up after weeks of calling - as they NEVER call you - to get my medical records over for an appointment every time they claimed to have “never received them “ multiple times - UNBELIEVABLE !! They truly do not give care, shame we have to give even 1 star! WOW

This business prefers quantity over quality. They take too many clients daily that you have to wait 1 hour from your appointment time in the lobby. Plus the office staff is rude and always with attitude. Now I understand why they have so many bad reviews.
The office staff is absolutely pathetic. The 2 large Hispanic ladies never returned my insurance companies calls or my calls. Dont try leaving messages as they will never be returned. I would recommend going to another doctors office. Last week was the last time to ever come here. These folks do nothing but eat snacks and drink soda. You can do that at home. Dr Patronella needs to find better help.
