My mom was transported to the hospital and placed in Dr.Bloom’s care after an accident. She arrived in a neck brace that Dr.Allyson G Bloom unfastened(briefly) to check her neck and head. She QUICKLY left the neck brace incorrectly placed(with the part that was suppose to support the underside of the chin/neck(up and stable) on, tightly against her bottom jaw and face area almost covering her mouth.
