ECHN sucks!! I can't get speak with anyone to re-schedule my appointment. I was on hold 2.5 hours total today and eventually their system makes leave a message. Then i get a phone call from patient access out of Manchester Memorial Hospital telling me that my Dr., doesn't work there!! No shit, they told me to call the office directly only to go through the same shit again.. time to find a new Doctor.
She is smart and to the point. Dealing with her has been overall pleasant.

I have been going to Dr. Waggoner for several years and couldn't be happier with her as my primary care Doctor. She is kind, compassionate, and most of all very thorough. She and her office are excellent with follow up. I would highly recommend her as a primary care Doctor.
