I don't know how this person is even allowed to keep their job given the amount of negative reviews confirming she's always condescending and unhelpful. Shows up 10 minutes late to the appointment and then refused care to a COVID patient because 'if it were really that bad, you wouldn't be vaping' Luckily the company they work for issued us an immediate refund and new doctor who helped us. If you are lucky enough to read this before your appointment, reschedule with someone else.
Dr. Lovell was incredibly rude, condescending, and offended me multiple times during our visit. It's been three weeks and I'm still thinking about how upsetting our appointment was for me. Do not go to this woman under any conditions. She said to me "you are a grown woman, control your weight and learn how to eat better" over my hashimotos condition. AWFUL
I had a consultation with her that lasted probably a minute or two on Plushcare (Telehealth). I needed a work note because I was experiencing side effects from a new antidepressant. She was condescending, called my PCP a "one stop shop" and told me with a sarcastic wit to call him for the note. I called Plushcare and they refunded my $99 visit fee which they guarantee if the provider can't help you. A few months later I received a note she'd billed my insurance company. My favorite doctor ever. Was always treated with respect by Dr. Lovell. Her knowledge, intelligence, charm and charisma made my appointments with her very pleasurable. Was very upset when Fallbrook Health Center let her go. No one has replaced her that comes close to her level of professionalism. She is sorely missed.
