I’ve been trying to get a refill on my dads two inhalers and I keep getting the run around , keep being told by secretary Aquana they will put in request for them to be filled . Now it’s coming down to the line and if he doesn’t get his medicine he will go into respiratory distress. These people don’t care about you stay far away from this Dr and all the student doctors she has working for her.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to get through to the office, dealt with rude operators and have been unable to have mistakes on referrals corrected causing me to run out of meds and miss scheduled appointments with specialists. A great Dr. is as good as the care their patients receive... the Hospital needs to fix their phones and intake so that Drs., like Dr. Ferris, can attend to their patients.
They randomly stop taking HMO and didn’t notify their patients that they will no longer be under their care. Leaves me in a pickle when I had surgery scheduled in 2 days.
