The office staff has taken insurance information 3 times and still says they can't figure it out. One lady started arguing with me as if that was going to fix anything. I had even sent a picture of my physical card to them and two days later said I never sent it. I'm super frustrated at my interaction with this office, the ladies are rude angry. I have requested a new referral from my dentist and wi be spending my money on braces, which is expensive even with insurance, somewhere else. Horrible experience.
