Dr. Allison Readinger is smart, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. She has always been willing to work me in quickly when I’ve had a dermatologic “emergency,” and I’m so grateful for her responsiveness and expertise. My daughter has also seen Laura White, PA-C, and came home with her problem solved after months of struggling. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care we’ve received from both of them. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Readinger is top notch and works so hard for her patients! Sad to see a one star for something that wasn’t related specifically to the work done on a patient. Love this place!
Honestly, this office has gone downhill. My husband and I have been patients here for a long time. They never have availability for established patients. Get a rash? Good luck, you're going to wait for 3 months. Get a biopsy and it comes back that it needs to be completely removed? So sorry. They're going to let it heal up and then cut it out three months later because they leave no room on the schedule for established patients.
The lady at Trinity Vista dermatology that sets appointments has an attitude and is rude, She had called me a few days before and sounded like a typical solicitor so I treated her as such. Someone needs to retrain her on how to be nice.
I had a wonderful experience with Jayme Chapados, PA-C at Trinity Vista Dermatology! I've only ever needed routine dermatology care, until last month. I was able to get a timely visit with Jayme, discuss my new skin issue, and get a solution very quickly. She is a friendly, knowledgable clinician, with excellent bedside manner. We discussed multiple OTC and prescription medication options, including second-line treatments in case the first ones did not work. I highly recommend Jayme if you're looking for dermatology care!
