I attended a presentation hosted by Dr Allison. It was a warm, ‘safe’ environment where people felt comfortable sharing and learning. She was relatable, honest, open and so knowledgeable! Left with some positive feelings and a useful phrase I’ve used many times since. “Name it, to tame it.”
