I've been a patient of Dr. Dorsett for a couple of years after having a disc replacement in my back. He and his staff have done an excellent job with my pain management requirements. I highly recommend him for any problems. He also seems like a good person and takes interest in your life and what is required to lead it comfortably.
i went in theytold me appt was at one they changed it till 2pmthen wen said and done didnt get out till 5pm when finally got in office he was rushing an he hurried me to gosee his threpist i already have one dont make since to see 2

Thank U Lord my prayers were answered when I was sent to ADVOCATE pain management to dr. Allen Dorsett... I am a Christian I don't even drink alcohol I was in a severe automobile accident I have neuropathy which is damaged nerves on my lower back which is very painful dr. Dorsett respect the way I felt about medication he found other solutions to help me out thank you dr. Dorsett for never giving up on me and I also like to thank all the the staff at pain management advocate
This doc is a very nice one and is very pleasant and has hands. I like his office and the staff and people that are there that work there. It has been a great experience so far.
I like Dr. Dorsett cause he do the things he do. I ask him things and he tell me some answers. He smile. He laugh. I like what his mouth do. I like it.
I like this doctor he so nice he sit and talk and stand some and then he prescribes fun things and I eat them and feel better and then go back for more.
When I first met with Dr. Dorsett I was taken away by his beauty. It was difficult to take him seriously, because he really is a man. As I was able to setting down, I also learned he is also a doctor. I felt bad objectifying him, but I am sure I am not the only one.
I like Dr. Dorsett a lot and his staff is very nice to me every time I come there to get my pain treated. Thanks
