Not a very responsive front office. Dr. Allende Ghlandian was very informative and a has a good bedside manner. I called his front office asked for a fax to be sent. 3 hours had passed I called the office and Brenda said she had not sent the fax . I was not able to schedule a scan do to the delay with the fax.
