This kind man helped my kid feel like the Queen! He listens to both parent and child making their voice important in figuring out what needs are most important. Also the support staff are amazing as well!
Dr Allen is so nice! He actually listens to his patients needs and makes everything light hearted and fun in a medical environment that could be really stressful. I had a tonsil cyst and he treated it right there and it didnt hurt! I'm a singer/musical artist so i was pretty stressed out about it! He gave me a thorough exam and reassured me it wasnt serious at all and super common! I even got a princess sticker (yes im a adult no I dont care thats how cool he is!) Saw Dr. Marshall at office and determined needed surgery for septum issues. Office staff is amazing and friendly and Dr. Marshall was totally informative about what to expect. Surgery was done and went smoothly and have nothing but great things to say about the whole process. I would trust Dr. Marshall with any of my ENT treatments. Also Tasha who schedules surgeries is awesome
Dr. Marshall did a great job removing a lipoma I had. The procedure didn't take long at all and recovery time was quick. The scar from the surgery is barely noticeable, which much better than I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend him as an ENT.
Wait time isn't as long as any office I've ever been too. And he's a great doctor.
