I will give 0 stars if possible. Such a horrible front office lady answering the phones yelling at patients. I was trying to make an appointment and explaining why I was calling. She was yelling at me telling me to calm down! I was just asking her to please not yell at me. Instead she just blind transferred me to a voicemail. I’ve been going to Dr. Golding now for approximately 5+ years. Family history of thyroid cancer (X3). Several years ago, I had a biopsy by Dr. Golding and thankfully it was benign. Fast forward to today visit on 9/30/24, I was referred by two doctors, one of which is my PCP. Upon entering the Weston office, I immediately smelled a musty odor. Just left Dr. Golding's office after being sent there by my PC physician. He was repeatedly flippant and rude. Asked me why the PC sent me and with irritation asked, what did I expect him to do? Was sitting back in a chair, snarky and gruff with every comment he made to me. I'm quiet. I'm shy. I was sent to him by my doctor and he was belittling me. Can't say I've EVER been to a rude doctor before this. Dr. Golding is by far the first and the worst! Really, why would anyone want to talk to another person like that?
Dr. Golding is the best!! I would 100% recommend anybody going to him. Him and his team are all so great. They all have helped me on my journey with my thyroid problems. Now I am happy and healthy because of them!! Best doctor and best people!!!
