I was very hopeful and looking forward to receiving PRP treatment with Dr. Brouk, but unfortunately this turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments and a complete waste of money. First, her time management is terrible—she is clearly overbooked. On top of that, no numbing treatment was applied before the injections, making the procedure extremely painful. Dr. Brouk and her staff are friendly and patient. The Long Island office is also very cozy. Dr. Brouk will answer your qustion patiently and give you the advice that you need without being pushing. I always have a nice experience there.
I get PRP and the treatments really work. Dr. Brouk is very efficient and wait times are great.
