I would give a 5 star although I have been so frustrated with trying to schedule an appointment for my mom, I can't see straight. On Google, it says their office is open. Click on the website and there's another office. I called that number as well. I haven't received a call back after leaving messages. Don't get me wrong, we love Dr. Shah! I don't love the office changes sometimes!
