Terrible Drs office. Lack of attention to patients.
I've been coming to Dr. Richardson for over 5yrs and have had really great experience with annual exams. They will see you for at least 20-30mins unlike other doctors offices. Their patient portal makes it easy to access my bloodwork results. I can email them through the portal and usually get a response same day, even on Rx refills. Highly recommend.

My previous review: I have seen Emily a few times, and she couldn't be more patient, understanding, or a better listener. She is excellent! My current review: I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and confirmed it would be $100 as a cash patient. At check in, they informed me that it would be $200. I told them I was told $100 two weeks prior, and they stated their pricing had changed, but they failed to notify me. After they refused to flex, I walked out the door and will never be back. Words can’t even describe how wonderful and compassionate this whole office is.. I met with the APN Kristyn yesterday who also consulted with Dr Richardson about my issues! I love Dr Richardson … she really listens to your concerns and collaborated with me about the course of treatment and was open to all questions I and valued my opinions… I couldn’t walk or or get up from a sitting position for about a month without assistance… I called the office and was seen within 2 hours… I woke up this morning 85-90 percent pain free ... read more
