Words can’t even describe how wonderful and compassionate this whole office is.. I met with the APN Kristyn yesterday who also consulted with Dr Richardson about my issues! I love Dr Richardson … she really listens to your concerns and collaborated with me about the course of treatment and was open to all questions I and valued my opinions… I couldn’t walk or or get up from a sitting position for about a month without assistance… I called the office and was seen within 2 hours… I woke up this morning 85-90 percent pain free ... read more
I was a patient of this doctor and other staff for over ten years. Yet, a serious medical condition was overlooked for at least two years. I was refused help with FMLA paperwork. I’m now looking elsewhere for a PCP. I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received.
I visited and saw Dr. Emily Fry and had the best experience. She took her time and answered all my questions. She was very personable and compassionate. Would definitely recommend.
If I could review less than 1 star I would. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I should have followed my instinct from the beginning. When I came in for my first visit to establish care, there were 2 receptionists, in my opinion, were not dressed appropriate for front desk positions. Both were wearing sweats, Hair tossed up top... messy bun style... kind of run to the market look, rather than working in a doctor's office.... but that's just me.
