I been waiting 2 weeks to get a call to schedule my appointment since my referral was sent. I called twice and this time I find out Dr Sawyer only treat urgent cancer patients. I think if my doctor sent a referral to a specialist its urgent. Its terrifying to think what is going on with my symptoms. I guess I have to wait until its urgent cancer to see this doctor. Ridiculous when I know people who see her.
I have been seeing Dr. Sawyer for close to (or maybe even more) than 15 years. I have been living with Thyroid condition for my entire adult life, but it was Dr. Sawyer that finally treated me. After living through the UPs and DOWNs of this disease, I have come to be patient (or maybe that is due to my age). Sadly, the thyroid is unpredictable, so even when things seems to be steady, the rug can be pulled out from under you in a flash. LOL. I wish I could give this place a 0, but that’s not an option when writing this review. The reception desk staff were probably the rudest people I have ever experienced in a doctor’s office. My referral was sent 3 times and I never received a call back from this office. I had to call again and again. The lack of customer service concern at the reception area makes me question the integrity of the doctor. The worst experience of my life, and I haven't even been there. The receptionist is rude and very bad-tempered. If you don't like your job, they'll find something else. This person expects me to continue with my pain until November. Honestly, if the doctor is good, the fact of having people like that in her business makes her look bad.
