The worst experience of my life, and I haven't even been there. The receptionist is rude and very bad-tempered. If you don't like your job, they'll find something else. This person expects me to continue with my pain until November. Honestly, if the doctor is good, the fact of having people like that in her business makes her look bad.

Extremely rude front desk woman, they ignore referral requests, non communicative. Front desk should be fired.
I wish I could give zero stars. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I called to make an appointment and she said "the provider has not reviewed you referral yet but I'm telling you right now she is not going to see you as a patient"! How unprofessional! I have not met the provider but with the unprofessional front desk lady that sets the tone for the whole office I cancelled my referral and I will be going else where. I hope the office manager sees this post and has the front desk lady take some customer service classe... read more
My husband's endocrinologist in Abq is retiring. We heard from family about Dr. Sawyer so we called to see if she would take him as a new patient. He received a call back from the office manager ( didn't get her name ) but she was the most RUDE women right off the bat. She talked down to him the entire time, insisted that Dr. Sawyer was not seeing new patients unless they met her criteria and kept questioning him who he was and who his family was that went to Dr. Sawyer.
