Doctor Ball is very judgmental. Her bedside manner stinks. She doesn’t care about your time. The only doctors that make you wait as long as she does are specialists. She isn’t even an MD doctor. DO, means don’t do anything to help your patients with anything just send them to a specialist to figure it out. I had to find a new doctor but I’m going to start looking for another; one who cares about what their patients are going through. So many expletives I want to call her but I digress…

Dr. Ball has patiently discussed my condition every step of the way. She addresses my concerns and willingly listens to my suggestions, while working with me to better my health. She is a great PCP!

Dr. Ball is great. I feel like she is concerned with my well-being. She is caring and friendly. On every occasion I have seen her she has completely satisfied my current issue and asked how I am doing. She has scheduled preventative labs as needed to keep up on my health. She is an outstanding PCP.

She was very respectful and listened to what I had to say. She was stubborn enough to get through to me, and will absolutely be our choice for a family PCP

So far I have really liked having her as my PCP. I feel like she has really listened to my concerns and wasn't too prideful to admit that we might need to work with a specialist at first. I think she has great bedside manor and have had an easy time working with her team.

HORRIBLE !! She is extremely condescending, doesn't listen to your concerns at all. Total waste of time. I saw her multiple times for the same issue, she kept assuring me I was "fine." I saw another doctor and they immediately scheduled me for NECESSARY SURGERY. Unbelievable. She doesn't value your time (I've been sitting in the exam room waiting, and could hear her talking to the nurses about what shampoo they use!) I don't know how she has any positive reviews.

I was trying to establish a primary in the area. Sadly Dr. Ball will not be it. She did not treat me well and I did not feel like she listened to my concerns. After I vulnerably voiced my concerns to her she said " ok, and now lets do your physical." I am an educated young professional and she spoke to me as if I were ignorant. This visit was disappointing and a waste of my time.

My appointment with Dr. Ball was THE WORST doctor's appointment I have ever had. I could have looked past the fact that she was 50 minutes behind schedule if she had been courteous or respectful, but she was incredibly rude. She reprimanded me because I forgot to include a medication on the new patient paperwork and spoke down to me as if I were a child. Her bedside manner was terrible, she didn't listen to anything I had to say, and she was combative and accusatory. I was astounded at the way I was treated. I use Mercy for ... read more

She has no consideration for other people's time, my scheduled appointment was for 9:00am, I was there at 8:45, the nurse took me inside right away, and then I waited and waited and even after waiting for 45mins she didn't show up, finally I went out the ladies who should be attending the phone, let the phone ring and just sit there to chat, I told the receptionist that I am leaving and was upset, so all of a sudden the Doctor was ready to see me, but I left because then I was not ready to see the doctor, that is the norm fo... read more
