Update: Office staff had lied to me about talking with their manager, put me on hold without telling me and had me pay for a cancellation fee which I cancelled 4 days in advance. When I got to talk to the manager, she was supposed to refund, but I never got it. Office staff called husband and I after their work hours to confirm appointments, when we missed the call and immediately called back, it sent us to a machine where you are unable to leave messages for anyone. Clean office, nice, pleasant, professional staff.
Had my very first appointment with Dr. Conway and I was very impressed with her bedside manner, she was very easy to talk to and listened to all of my questions and concerns did not try to rush me, to get to the next patient. She is exactly what I've been searching for in a medical professional, keep up the excellent work Dr. Conway
