I made an appointment to establish with a physician at this practice only to be very rudely informed by the medical assistant AFTER I had come to my appointment that the doctor I was going to be seeing would not be writing my controlled substance prescriptions, which had I been informed of that physician's policy I could have saved my time and my 30 dollar copay.
