I went here in 2021 to get braces since I had a tooth extraction done and I needed to close my gap. The receptionist were extremely nice and understanding however when we went into the back with Dr. Karbassi, the wait was long as there were other patients needing assistance. One of the other staff members did my x-ray, she was super nice and patient with me, which is why I give this place 2 stars. I feel really bad for his staff that have to deal with him. He was so very rude to everyone, including his own staff. Would never let him touch my teeth ever again. He cut my mouth and my lip, being very careless of his work. He does not care about people at all.
