Dr. Zadeh visited me in the hospital after I had a fall. He is my wife's GP. He was nice. I don't remember much about the medical aspect of the visit.
I talk to the answering service more than I talk to the office. And when I do they schedule appointments to far away from the initial day of the call. My senior mother has had a persistent cough. Medical Assistant called to chart she said the provider would call back and the provider never called back. They usually call when they feel like it sometimes a day later from the scheduled appointment. They don’t don’t value patients times or schedules. Worst place to go to first off scheduling is ridiculous on hold for almost 2 hours and then they hang up lady in the front desk is super unprofessional asked idf she could run my insurance so i wouldnt waste my drive from palm springs to be denoed and yup was denied then they charge a 75 dollar fee if canceling your appoinmemt also no children allowed stupid staff
