Dr Alicia Valdez’s office never answers the phone. The office Manager named Jeanette or Janet never answer the phone nor does she return phone calls. I tried to get the Dr to sign a waiver that Superior needed to pay for my sister’s brace. Dr Alicia Valdez denied the brace.
