I recently needed a personal care phycian and luckily found Dr. Alicia Bordon close to home here in the Heights and I couldn't be more happier. The staff is friendly and Dr. Bordon is simply the best with asking me questions about my health and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Bordon to anyone looking for a Internal medical doctor in the Heights.
I saw this doctor a couple years ago. I never did get called back with the results from my chest x ray from having some respiratory issues. Reluctantly, I made another appt bc I did like the dr, but the staff isn't great and was able to get an appt fairly quickly here. I walked in and they asked if my insurance was the same (something they should have asked when I booked the appt OR when they called to confirm the appt). I said no and gave NATALIE my new card.
