I had scheduled eye exam appointments for myself and my wife over the phone with Dr. Alicia Komenik’s office for 3:00 PM. I asked during the call if we’d receive a confirmation — I was told we would get a text. I received a confirmation for 3:30 PM, so we both assumed that was the correct time and arrived at 3:19 PM — 11 minutes early. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that the appointments were actually at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. They claimed only my wife could be seen, and I would have to reschedule. Absolutely incredible experience today with Dr. Kominek and staff! We moved recently from Brantford and we're ever so grateful we found this amazing optometrist here in Chatham. We were lucky enough to get a next day appointment due to a cancellation and now our new glasses are on their way.
