Was extremely nervous going in after reading the reviews, but wanted to share that my experience was overall positive. Dr. Hansen was respectful and kind during my evaluation. Communication might be tricky for some, but she was professional and helped me get clarity - she listened attentively and made me feel seen. Just wanted to add a different perspective here.
She understands TBI effects and was professional and compassionate it was hard to get a referral to see anyone for post head injury testing. she put me at ease and made testing less stressful by being patient with me. She also explained the length of time it can take to overcome head injury and was helpful in providing realistic goals for me.
She judges you based off appearance and does not answer her emails. Save yourself time and money and try someone else.
