Dr Guevara was so helpful, competent. I would go back to her anytime
She immediately made me feel comfortable and asked a lot of questions to figure out what was going on. Without knowing my medical history she figured out a lot of it very quickly. She offered for me to reach out with any more questions anytime.
I am not surprised to see that this Doctor has negative reviews and other people have had negative experiences. I am very disappointed writing this becuase I have always had a good experience at urgent care but this time I had a terribly negative experience with this doctor. She was very condescending and dismissive. It felt like she had something better to do than to treat me. She talked to me like I was a child. In a way, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that has had terrible experiences with this doctor. Unbelievably rude, condescending, doesn’t listen to the patient or answer questions. I hope I never have to see her at urgent care again.
Dr. Guevara is more focused on losing her license than listening to and properly treating her patients. If she is that afraid then she needs to get out of medicine. She treats patients that happen to take pain meds for severe chronic pain like drug addicts because they need Codeine cough syrup. Why does the FDA a narcotic drug surveillance system if she doesn’t take the time to use it and treat me appropriately.
