Dr.Matoba performed my mother’s transplant. My mom was injured in an ammonia truck explosion. She had twenty eye procedures. Dr.Matoba was so kind and skillful. Afterward it was the first time mom could see well enough to drive again. The doctor performed a miracle that we will never forget!
Stay away from Alice Matoba if you have a córnea related infection. In my opinion, based on my own experience, she does not have the time nor the commitment to take care of patients with these type of diseases. Where to go? Miami Bascom Palmer, Dr Amescua
Dr.Matoba performed my cornea transplant back in 2012. It's been ten years and my optometrist recently complimented her work saying it was one of the nicest post cornea transplants she's seen. Very grateful for her work:)
