When I first consulted with Dr. Pham, I thought I was finally going to receive care for endometriosis. She was very validating of my experience. Her office has been so hard to reach since then. I think throughout a year a half Sol has picked up the phone once and the voice mail is always full. She used to answer messages on Medeo promptly but she has stopped replying since June. I have to find a new ob/gyn.

Dr. Pham and Sol have been such a steady and comforting presence throughout our entire pregnancy journey. From the moment we walked into each appointment, they both have always welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, which made us feel safe and cared for. I called today (Jan 5) and got the same message that she’s off from December 10 to January 2 there is no reason for this message to be on the answering machine now that it’s days after. My doctor said a referral to her last month in December and I just wanted to follow up. They need to do better.
