I have made two official complaints to the Office of the Health Ombudsman regarding Dr. Chang’s office in the past 6 months - both were accepted for further investigation by the OHO into her office and practice. The issues I had involved misleading communication where I was clearly informed and assured by Dr. Chang and her office that a diagnostic report would be provided - it was not.
