The most unprofessional practice ever! Firstly I had an issue with Maryam who is the receptionist she's very rude, has no patience to answer my enquiries, got agitated because I didn't understand her Egyptian accent ended up closing the phone In my face when i was trying to make a payment! If I could give less I would, rude, unprofessional and so unreasonably priced.
The first thing is that when a human being opens any project, he must learn to respect and even the staff must have the quality of respect and humanity I called and spoke to the secretary or the doctor. I don’t know how to diagnose my condition and tell me which country you are from. This is a serious matter if this is treatment in medical clinics.and you talk to me as if I came from the Middle ages. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone
