I would like to express my grateful thanks to Dr. Tafreshi for his compassion, and his calm understanding during my wife’s on going cancer treatment. We have been with Dr. Tafreshi for nearly 18 months and being able to talk to him each time we go for treatment, and for him to answer our questions and address any concerns we have has made a very difficult time a lot less stressful. Again our thanks to D. Tafreshi and his staff for always being available and so helpful.
Dr Tafreshi was seeing a family member for almost 2 years. Started off ok. In the 2nd year we felt his demeanour, attention to detail, empathy were nowhere near what a specialist should be - GPs pay more attention. He had not spent time reviewing the PET scan before the appointment, it was clear he did not read it thoroughly, he became irate at asking any questions (we were dealing with someone's life), he left us with a pamphlet to determine if we should accept more chemo for my dad! Dr Tafreshi and Roshi are an impressive team. They are incredibly organised and always go above and beyond for their patients. Dr Tafreshi is calm and thorough, making you feel at ease. I felt heard at all times, never like I didn’t have a choice and I trusted him every step of the way. He took the time to get to know me and provided compassionate and personalised care, not only for my physical health but mental and emotional as well. I am so incredibly grateful to have met them.
