Find another practice. Office staff NEVER answer the line nor return calls and forget talking to the Doctor except at 90day followups. I couldn’t get prescriptions called-in timely. Had to reach patient advocate to get a call back after four days of begging them to call in my pain meds. Then Summer - office assistant - calls on day 5 at 6:56am....really!? That was petty retaliation for reaching out to the patient advocate .....unprofessional!!! I’m done
I had an epidural pain injection yesterday with Dr. Kahlil, who is great! I also wanted to mention the ladies that works there. the intake nurse in pre op was very nice. There was also a nurse or maybe she was a tech, Myra? she had dark hair w braids. she let me know she would be in there with me and about the procedure. She was excellent, wonderful bedside manner! I did feel better knowing she was next to me during the procedure, thanks!!
