I have waited a year to write this review, but now feel it needs to be posted. Dr Alavi needs anger management therapy. I went to my appointment and had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. After 45-minutes I was escorted to the exam room where I waited for over half an hour. Eventually I peeked out of the room concerned that they had forgotten that I was there. used to go to Dr Alavi years ago. No problem getting an appt. and was being treated nicely and professionally by staff. Please know that's when I had an expensive ppo insurance plan . I now have a different state plan.and when I called to make an appt . was rudely told sorry we don't take your insurance (.even when I had a referral from my pcp doctor. They finally agreed take an appt for me 2 months out. Day be fore my appt I was called 2 times by 2 different people harassing me about not taking my insurance. They put me on.... read more
