Google him he's on house arrest, Google his brother Dr.H Askari in Prescott. He too arrested! Explains his creepy behavior at my 1st&last visit! Id moved 100 mi away& needed new after wrapping his arms completely around me& non stop hugging& patting me upon entering room. Said he couldnt help me&God Bless he/Dr. prescribed another womens Rx for Bactrim said I had UTI when I didn't. Also said same sample I tested for Extasy, Benzos& Fentynal.
