This office is the absolute worst! Their billing is a nightmare! They simply cannot send out paper bills despite my having requested them multiple times. They claim the account is set for paper bills and yet they never arrive. By the time I got one for my son last year the total was $770, which I promptly paid. I got a collection letter today that $541 was owed on his account dated 4-15-21! I pay all bills promptly but insist on a paper bill for my accounting.
