The staff at both offices is great. Especially my favorite nurse who shares a love of Converse shoes with me. The phlebotomist is an angel. And Dr. Achira is patient, kind, and listens to me. After a long road of many doctors blowing off my symptoms as just anxiety (most women know this happens a lot) Dr. Achira took me seriously. Be prepared to wait over two hours. There’s no sense of urgency. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour then in the other room waiting for the doctor for just as long. Don’t schedule so many people at the same time if you can’t get them in and out in a reasonable time. Two hour waits are rude and inconsiderate. A waste of time for meeting with the doc a whole ten mins if that.
Very nice staff and Dr., but in 3 weeks, after calling and going to both locations and having my insurance send them a pre authorization form, I could never get my medication.
Dr. Achira is very professional. I have been to his Dearborn office and his Taylor office and at both offices I have been treated amazing by him and all of his staff. I will be recommending him to family and friends.
