I had a terrible experience with this doctor’s office. I explained that I was feeling very sick and had even left work early to be seen, but the office refused to see me. Instead, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment, even though I was clearly in distress. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor or their office to anyone
My mom came in with a lot of pain in her right arm which was soon announced to be tennis elbow, and couldn’t even lift a glass of water before we met the doctor. Daniel and Mari were super nice and helpful throughout the entire process with helping Dr. Treviño take care of my mom. Dr. Treviño treated my mom with an injection and took her pain away almost immediately. Very great service, and the wait was worth it!
We definitely recommend family Dr office. They truly treat you like family, Dr Gonzalez and Dr Treviño really takes the time to hear you of what illness you maybe going thru . And they do there research and with there many year's of experience find the best medicine to best help you and make you get better soon. My wife went in filling weak and little energy , Dr Treviño saw her and instead of sending her to a ER and waiting the LONG hours at hospital for fluids. On June 19 2026 I waited from 345 to 555 pm and left and all I needed was my lab results and I was forced to get labs because they would not accept April 2026 labs from another provider and furthermore I had a 4 pm appointment today and they told me they only had one provider and I’m a new patient and this is not good having people wait over two hours it is obvious they have too many patients to manage and need to divest patients loads and not double book and hire more providers and simple phone call or video call would have... read more
El di de hoy acudí a la clínica con mucho dolor por un flair de mi gout. Me hicieron una intravenosa y con solo suero me aliviaron. Muy recomendable la espera el personal bien amable. Me atendió Samantha en la entrada y en la parte de atrás Katia, Anaclara, Daniel y Frankie. El Dr. Treviño me trató muy bien y me ayudó mucho totalmente recomendable.
