When you call the office it goes to voicemail and let you know voicemail is full. They fail to email referral and had to go pick up from office cause they don’t fax. Bad service
First off this review was taken off from here...so I will put on again...I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years and have never experienced the level of disrespect that I recently encountered during visits with NP Frank. During my appointment, he repeatedly interrupted me while I was answering questions he had asked and on more than one occasion he physically raised his hand toward me and instructed me to stop talking and wait while he spoke. After being a patient of Dr. González for many many many years, I've decided to seek care elsewhere. I have never been disrespected nor do I allow myself to be, but this new nurse Dr. González hired, Francisco "Frank" Treviño (APN license number: AP127113) is the worst.
