Dr. Soto is all business, no idle chatter, just attends to the issues at hand. If you're looking for warm and fuzzy, he's not for you.
I found Dr Soto and his office staff very friendly and professional. He doesn’t push unnecessary pills which is what I was looked for. The nurse was very efficient and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me.
Dr.Akfred Soto is very rude, turned his back to me and talked to my husband instead. He argued with me about what I had to say. He doesn't want to listen what I have to say, and my appointment was at 2pm he saw me at 4pm, he was late from lunch. He gave me hard time with with a referral for oftalmologist, somewhat I need ASAP. Somebody supposed to check what is going on in his office, please.
Extremely disappointed with our recent appointment with Dr. Soto. I brought my 80-year-old husband, who has Alzheimer’s, to an 8:20 a.m. appointment—the doctor didn’t show until after 9:30 and had no idea why we were there. I’ve spent six months trying to get a referral to a neurologist with no returned calls or emails. The doctor claimed he didn’t know my husband had Alzheimer’s, even though I told him two years ago. My husband is a patient. Dr soto is great. It's the office people who DO NOT do their jobs. We waited on a test referral for over 3 weeks and still waiting for the office. We ended up going to er. He was diagnosed with esophagus cancer. Today is his follow up for a test he never got. Because they dropped the ball and never got his referral handled. Even after spending hours on the phone with the office people. They are playing games with peoples lives. It's not right and they don't deserve those Jobs. I want a new dr. But my... read more
