Dr Alfred has always been wonderful with my healthcare. Very kind and caring doctor and can have a laugh with you.
Kind, caring , quick to get into visit. As a Registered Nurse I know I can be difficult and I have my own ideas about what I need, but Dr Ngini is always up for a laugh and is very thorough.
I was really happy after my consultation with Dr Ngini today, he was very helpful. Also, the receptionist (sorry I can't remember her name) was absolutely lovely and so personable. She is a great asset to the clinic.
Dr Alfred is highly knowledgeable and efficient, I highly recommend him! The receptionist named Pete is very accommodating and helpful.
l am writing this review on behalf of my mother, same surname as me.This review is one star due to incompetence of D Alfred.Mother attended this GP today with Chest pain, (past history of TIA and high blood pressure.)Dr Alfred prescribed anagesia for her Chest pain.Did Not obtain bllods and did not do an ECG.No follow uo scans ordered.Mum was admitted to hosp this pm with central and radiating chest pain.Failed his duty of care.
