Amazing doctor Julia! I have been a patient of hers for many years. She is very experienced professional and various procedures I had come through went very smoothly. Horrible experience. I trusted this clinic with my dental anxiety only to have it completely disregarded during my latest visit with Dr. Julia. Painful freezing (topical freezing not applied to where the needle was inserted) that had me clinging to the ceiling. Overly aggressive freezing that lasted more than 9 hours. Just horrible! Until I met Dr. Ritch I was literally terrified to go to the dentist. Knowing this Dr. Ritch made sure that I was comfortable and told me what he was going to do. The worst part was the needle and he apologized throughout the needle. He is a great dentist and his staff are all wonderful. You can’t go wrong getting any procedure done in this clinic.
I am so, so, so completely grateful another dentist referred me to Dr. Steven Ritch. He is a calm and compassionate subject matter expert. Very happy with my experiences here.
