Dr. Jacob is very thorough and takes her time to go through all the review of systems. She listens and offers advice and I never feel rushed. I have never experienced this with any other doctor in the past, so I truly appreciate the time she takes to check every body system and follows up on anything that may be abnormal.
Although my parents Manuel and Maria Diez and us their children think you are an excellent doctor, we are very disappointed that when my parents died we never received a note or email or phone call from your office to express your condolences. My parents had you as their doctor for over 25 years. Like I said we know you are an excellent doctor however we never thought your patients are just a number in your statistic book. i’ve never written any sort of review, but i had to take a moment to write something for Dr. Jacob. this was the most comfortable and overall best experience i’ve ever had in anything healthcare related. i visited a few months ago for the first time and i am happy with how my appointment(s) went. Great and attentive doctor Dr Jacob has helped me throughout the year with my medical conditions. She is punctual and attentive. I strongly believe she cares about her patients , unlike other doctors who are quick to dismiss you. She answered all my questions and concerns and really doesn’t rush you out the office
