I called Dr. Aviles office with an emergency situation in Feb. The receptionist was able to get me in the next morning. Dr was super busy but never made me feel rushed. Dr. listened to my concerns and showed alot of compassion. He had to extract my tooth that day. Staffed followed up with me often to see how I was improving. I've seen him two other times since than and all my visits have been just as pleasant as the first one. recommended for sure!
Very professional and Courteous staff. Dr. Aviles has a great bedside manner. He explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with my first experience.
I had a appointment with Dr. Aviles for a Deep Cleaning, and i was afraid of Dentist due to a bad experience in NYC. DR. Aviles provided exceptional work and great customer service, Also his assistant Ana and front desk. thru the whole process Dr, Aviles kept talking to me to make sure i was ok and i did not feel any pain, I will recommend this business to anyone needing a great dentist and pain free experience.
