The office never calls back and my husband has had screw ups with tests. No blood work ordered for husbands physical after he went to lab. THREE phone calls to get it ordered and no one returned his call.
Dr. Tressor for me was like finding gold! Given the current state of the medical Community. I found it challenging to secure a primary care provider. Who truly listens, is knowledgeable with compassion. I was so impressed how fast lab and perscription and referals were made. It was really refreshing. Wonderful proffesional personality. As a new patient felt very welcomed.
Dr. Tressor is a kind, understanding physician, clearly very bright and knowledgeable. She is not at all annoyed when I share my findings from the internet and never makes me feel rushed. She really listens. Dr. Tressor is thorough and makes referrals to specialists and orders further testing without hesitation. I have found the office and their systems to be very efficient. I consider myself lucky to have found such a good PCP.
