They are great with kids however they will lie about procedures until the time comes and try to do things that are unnecessary. My daughter loves them, but I cant have people who will lie to my face and try to gaslight me. If you are willing to lie to me I cant trust you with my child's welfare. The first time i thought maybe I had mis remembered but when I went in the second time and I refused the thing they had never mentioned I realized they were just trying to do things that were not needed. Took my son for a check up months ago for the first time at this office and it’s been a headache since. Prior to his appointment they said everything was great and covered from insurance, but it was not, the way they billed the insurance company under codes that I have made it harder and forced us to pay out of pocket. Charging 85$ for example for them to just tell me to continue brushing his teeth like I had been is over the top. Three of my kids ages 1.5, 4 and 8 just had their first appointment with Dr.Phillips. The staff and Dr.P were all so kind and gentle. On the way out my 4 year old said,”I LOVE THIS PLACE!!” No mom-shaming, Dr.P is very thorough and listened to any concerns or questions that I had.
Amazing place! I love Dr Phillips she is truly an amazing doctor and so thankful to have found her for my kids!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
