We drove over 2 hours to our appointment with Dr. Argoudelis, after having been told access to Springfield nephrologists wouldn't be available until after Jan, 2026 (this since early August, 2025). Getting an appointment within a month of our request was amazing, and the office staff was patient & kind, sending us by e-mail exactly what medical records they'd want from our referring, primary Springfield doctor. Dr. Alexis Argoudelis PRACTICE MANAGER was the rudest person ever to deal with. Does not care about patients. Controlling, arrogant with NO communication skills. Make the doctor should look into this more.
