I absolutely loved Dr. Zaharcu. I recently had a 3 day stay at Winchester Hospital where he and Dr. Meese were my attending physicians and they were both AMAZING! Dr. Zaharcu has a great bed side manner and always made me laugh no matter how bad I felt. Was very thorough trying to find out what was going on. I would definitely recommend him.

Terrible bedside manner with my elderly mother who was hospitalized last night with a broken pelvis and collarbone. Swinging his stethoscope in a circle and yelling at my mother.
