Trying to get someone to answer and schedule after a referral appointment is impossible. More than 24 minutes I waited and nobody answered, I was supposed to be the 4th in line. Their machine recording says "Your Call is Important to Us" and well.... waiting 24 minutes and not getting an answer doesn't give I care about it vibes, is it?
