Took 2.5 year old son for 103 fever x4 days, no diaper output and nosebleeds. Waited 5 hours. All they did was test for Covid and flu (negative), gave Tylenol then booted us. Wouldn't blood test or even do urinalysis. Now we are at Kaiser 7 days into a LEUKEMIA diagnosis and 5 days into chemo. Avoid this place at all costs

Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients demonstrated. Woeful ignorance of standards of practice and abject torture of another human being. Those involved should be ashamed.
Dr and nurses were very good to me and my husband at this hospital as I delivered my still born baby girl who we named Mariella at 31 weeks. It was very hard and very emotional not just for myself and my husband but for them as well. To have to deliver a baby that is no longer alive is not something easy to do. Nurses especially jennifer and Amy were very attentive very caring and very patient and helped us with anything we needed.
